Nina Tower, Chinachem flagship project in Tsuen Wan, won the first award in the category of Mixed-use Development at the prestigious 2014 International Property Awards – Asia Pacific Region. International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence that is split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA.
Nina Tower, a superior world-class landmark with spectacular panoramic views, is the only integrated Grade A office, retail, leisure and luxury hotel complex in Tsuen Wan area. Featuring twin towers comprising 89 storeys and 42 storeys connected by an arched glass sky bridge, Nina Tower is home to a prime shopping mall, a five-star hotel with 1608 deluxe guest rooms, 17 storeys of intelligent office space, and a prehistoric fossil garden.

This is the second time that Chinachem receives International Property Awards after the success of The Lily in 2011. The Lily scored Five-Star High-rise Architecture and Highly Commended High-rise Development awards in Asia Pacific Region, International Property Awards.
