Introducing Nina Hub
Emerging gradually from within Tsuen Wan West is a new neighbourhood, Nina Hub. Anchored by the twin Nina Towers, it encompasses the NINA MALL 1 and 2, is home to Nina Hotel, Hong Kong’s largest, and now has ranged around its western edge, the revitalised green spaces of Nina Park, the city’s first and only wood fossil park. Nina Hub is a destination for locals and visitors alike, offering office, entertainment, retail, hospitality, relaxation, and education for all.
Typically, successful neighbourhoods grow and prosper over time, defining their form through relevance, utility, and adoption. Chinachem has been investing in this area of Hong Kong consistently over the past sixty years, and its gradual transformation will continue long into the future. The company has also acquired the nearby shopping mall D·Park, extending further its investment into this vibrant Hong Kong community.

Central Market
Hong Kong’s revived and revitalised Central Market is an example of urban placemaking at its best. Chinachem Group, in partnership with the Urban Renewal Authority, have created a real playground for all, a destination offering exciting new experiences in food and beverage, eclectic shopping opportunities, and plenty of spots to relax, meet friends, or simply watch the world go by.
Enhancing value throughout
Many factors can be
seen reflecting in Hong Kong’s urban environment. Land availability,
economics, regulation, construction techniques, labour costs, and maybe
a degree of complacency, have conspired to form a cityscape that appears
to have overlooked the desires of its inhabitants.
Our
strategy of listening to the needs of our users, protecting the health
of the environment and our balancing these with our financial bottom
line, means a more harmonious product going forward. Our aim is to
create more sustainable, healthier communities that support the dreams
of the many.
