Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)
To create a more inclusive workplace, we have launched the following DE&I initiatives:
“The Racial Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Charter for Employers”: Our group policies and guiding principles are aligned with the D&I Charter produced by the Equal Opportunities Commission. Having ratified the Charter, our recruitment strategies are tailored to welcome candidates from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Gender Balance: Currently, women occupy 41% of management positions, underscoring our progress in achieving gender parity at leadership levels.
CCG Innovation Ambassador ProgrammeThe CCG Innovation Ambassador Programme is crafted to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within our workforce. Open to all staff, this initiative encourages colleagues to propose innovative solutions to both business and societal challenges.
More than 30 participants, selected from both self-nominations and nominations by department heads, will be grouped into small teams to join six enriching workshops covering vital workplace skills, from design thinking to finance. With guidance from departmental advisors and external experts, these teams will have the opportunity to present their ideas to management, potentially seeing their projects come to life. Additionally, to cultivate an innovation culture, we regularly organise diverse sessions and workshops aimed at promoting and nurturing innovative ideas and problem-solving skills.
