One Beat, One World: Connecting Through the Drum

Building on the success of 2023, we are thrilled to continue our support to the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra (HKCO) to present the captivating series, “One Beat, One World: Connecting Through the Drum”. This initiative aims to infuse positive energy into society while promoting physical and mental well-being through the uplifting power of drumming.

The programme offers a diverse array of drumming activities, reflecting the Group’s unwavering commitment to enriching the community through music and fostering social inclusion and connection. Drumming, deeply rooted in China’s musical heritage, serves as both a cultural symbol and a dynamic expression of tradition. This vibrant celebration further reinforces Hong Kong’s status as a global hub for world-class events and a center for cultural and artistic exchange between China and the world.

Promoting healthier well-being

Chinachem Group has partnered with Mind the Waves, an organisation founded by Hong Kong Olympic swimmers Stephanie Au, Camille Cheng, and Jamie Yeung, to support the city's youth in navigating mental health challenges and promote greater awareness of overall well-being. This partnership aligns with the Group’s commitment to fostering community care and encouraging health consciousness across generations.

To further spread this message, Mind the Waves launched a podcast at Nina Park, sharing practical tips and insights on maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
