"Get Ready"
The "Get Ready" phase features over 70 activities across six themed categories designed to help participants build fitness and skills ahead of the main competitions. This phase focuses on family participation, inviting everyone to train together and embrace their role as "athletes" of the CCG Tsuen Wan Games. Participants can experience everything from traditional games to emerging sports, feeling how the CCG Tsuen Wan Games goes beyond a traditional sports meet by emphasising holistic wellbeing that balances body and mind.
