PARKSIDE@NINA, a collaboration between Nina Park and Cafe Deco Group, officially opens its doors.

Nina Park, the first and only museum-grade petrified wood park in Hong Kong, recently opened the Wood Fossil Experience Centre and launched the Nina Park Light Show. In collaboration with Cafe Deco Group, the wood-themed restaurant PARKSIDE@NINA has also now opened its doors, enhancing visitors’ overall experience. It will help Nina Park become a unique destination that integrates entertainment, leisure, education, dining and tourist experience.

PARKSIDE@NINA is closely connected to Nina Park, offering all-day dining featuring a fusion of Asian and Western flavours. Diners can enjoy stunning views of Nina Park from both the indoor dining area and the outdoor terrace. Visitors will also be able to purchase petrified wood souvenirs at the Nina Park concept store within the restaurant soon. A private banquet room inside the restaurant is suitable for business or social gatherings, where Chinachem Group regularly also hosts community events to benefit local neighbourhood.

Nina Park and its facilities cover an area of about 70,000 square feet, divided into an outdoor park and the Wood Fossil Experience Centre. The Park displays more than 100 pieces of petrified wood collected by the late chairwoman of Chinachem Group, Mrs. Nina Wang. The wood fossil collection can be dated back to the Pliocene epoch, formed during a time of significant global tectonic activity between 2.6 and 5.3 million years ago. Visitors to Nina Park can get up close and personal with these rare displays. Additionally, they can reserve free guided tours on the official website and, in the evening, enjoy the Light Show that integrates visual, music and lighting elements, providing a unique ‘edutainment' experience. Nina Park also has a series of eco-friendly facilities to encourage the smart use of our natural resources and help ensure the sustainable development of Hong Kong.

Nina Park is one of Chinachem's ‘Playground for All’ projects and forms the Nina Hub along with NINA MALL, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West and DPARK, creating a new dynamic in Tsuen Wan.
