Chinachem Group (“the Group”) announced today (11 April) that Mr Dennis Au has resigned as its Managing Director of Real Estate for personal reasons. The Group’s Executive Committee has accepted his resignation, which will be effective from 15 May 2022.

Mr Au joined the Group in 2019 and was appointed a member of the Executive Committee in January 2021. Over the years, he has been instrumental in growing the Group’s real estate business with many accomplishments, including the acquisition of new development sites and various asset enhancement initiatives. He has worked relentlessly to enhance the Group’s capacity to tackle the challenges brought by changing market conditions and the pandemic. The Central Market project, delivered with huge success, is also attributed to the great efforts of Mr Au and the project team.
