Chinachem Group Projects Featured in World Sustainable Built Environment Online Conference 2020 Hong Kong Report

Background

Two of Chinachem Group’s projects have been featured in the triennial Hong Kong Report on the State of Sustainable Built Environment co-published by the Construction Industry Council and the Hong Kong Green Building Council. Published at the renowned World Sustainable Built Environment Online Conference 2020, the Report showcases One Hennessy and the Group’s residential project at Anderson Road as among Hong Kong’s top-notch sustainable building projects.

One Hennessy is a LEED Platinum certified commercial building while the residential project at Anderson Road is a pioneering age-friendly development. These projects demonstrate Chinachem Group’s strong commitment to sustainability and its efforts in shaping a more liveable Hong Kong.
