With the mission of nurturing employees and providing opportunities to develop their potential, Chinachem Group collaborates with the School of Continuing and Professional Education of City University of Hong Kong (CityU SCOPE) to debut her first study program for her employees, ‘Professional Diploma in Property Management Practices’ in September 2019.

The launch of “Professional Diploma in Property Management Practice” by CityU SCOPE is one of our missions for employee development.’

This CityU SCOPE program has been ran for 48 weeks with two sessions per week especially for 50 Chinachem colleagues since September 2019. Completing the program and 3 more stipulated modules can serve as a prerequisite for Year 2 of CityU SCOPE Advanced Diploma in Facility and Property Management (ADFPM) programme (1-year part-time). The ‘Professional Diploma in Property Management Practices’ is also recognized by Level 4 of the Qualifications Framework, the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch.

Chinachem’s Property Services and her members offer heartfelt customer service to improve quality of life for over a million people in more than 200 properties across Hong Kong. The aim of the CityU SCOPE program is to further enhance the quality and professionalism of Chinachem property management services.
