L' hotel Nina et Convention Centre team delivers its medal-winning performance at the 2018 Asian Culinary Exchange.

The team of chefs from L’hotel Nina et Convention Centre received one Distinction Gold, three Gold medals and one Silver medal for their entries in the Appetizer Category; Hot Dishes Categories including seafood, chicken, vegetable; and Dessert Category including pastry or sweet soup.

Organized by Asia Art of Cuisine Society, Asian Culinary Exchange is an annual event promoting culinary excellence among top chefs, gastronomy professionals and associations from the leading hotels & restaurants in Asia. This year, 18 strong teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Shunde, Sanya, Chongqing, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and the host city Shanghai participated in the prestigious competiton.
