Chinachem Wins the First Residential Site in the East Kowloon New Development Zone

Background

Chinachem submitted the winning bid of over $ 3.1 billion for the first residential site in the East Kowloon New Development Zone.

The 57,600 square foot site located off Anderson Road in Kwun Tong that is the north Quarry Site in the East Kowloon New Development Zone. The development will be close to a planned central terminus for public transportation.

With the mission of building for a quality, practical, environmentally friendly and healthy homes, Chinachem will envision the project to become the landmark residential property of Eastern Kowloon.
