Chinachem Wins Ho Man Tin Station Package Two Property Development

Chinachem Group is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned member company Grace Castle Corporation Limited has won the tender for the Ho Man Tin Station Package Two Property Development.
The site bounded by Chung Hau Street, Fat Kwong Street, Yan Fung Street and Chatham Road North has a maximum residential gross floor area of 59,400 m².
Mr. Donald Choi, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Chinachem Group, said that the successful bid is the third collaboration with MTR Corporation after Parc City at Tsuen Wan West Station and Sol City at Long Ping Station.
“Sol City at Long Ping Station currently receiving an overwhelmingly positive market response marks the successful partnership between Chinachem Group and MTR Corporation,” Mr. Donald Choi added.
