Background

Chinachem has always made it a priority to ensure safety and maintain a healthy environment at every construction site the Group oversees. Chinachem's commitment to meeting these goals was once more recognised at the 24th Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme, as the contract supervisory team of its project, the Redevelopment of University Heights at No.42-44 Kotewall Road.

Since 1995, Development Bureau has been organizing the Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme to promote a considerate attitude and good site safety, health and environmental practices for both Public Works and non-Public Works sites. Starting from 2011, the Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme is co-organised by Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council.
