Jade Grove by Chinachem topped the Residential Development and Architecture Multiple Residence category for Hong Kong at the recently concluded 2017 International Property Awards, Asia Pacific. The award is another feather in the cap for the Chinachem project which has drawn admiration for its design, construction and appeal. Two of Chinachem’s other properties -- The Lily and Nina Tower – had also received the same International Property Awards before.

The International Property Award is acknowledged worldwide for its recognition of only the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in the property and real estate industry. The awards are split into the Asia Pacific, Africa and Arabia, The Americas, Europe, UK and International regions. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of industry professionals from the world.
