Located in the heart of Hong Kong, the project demonstrates a very successful case of heritage revitalisation in Hong Kong. While the project endeavours to preserve the unique identity and characteristics of Central Market, it also successfully breathes new life into the building by integrating new design and new uses into the old fabric, providing sizable public spaces for social gathering and events and introducing a diverse tenant mix.
