Mr. Chan is Chairman of the Consumer Council, an Independent Non-executive Director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Registered Public Interest Entity Auditors Limited and has held numerous leadership positions across Hong Kong’s professional, regulatory and public service sectors.
