Sustainability Report 2024 - 2025Our sixth Sustainability Report reaffirms our commitment to transparently reporting our approaches, performance, and data. For the first time, this report includes our healthcare business segment, Pine Care Group. Throughout FY2024/25, we continued to advance our 'CCG 3050+' carbon reduction roadmap, achieving a 27.7% reduction in emissions against our 2020 baseline.Our sustainability leadership was further validated by achieving a 5-star rating from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the second year running and retaining our rank as a Global Sector Leader.

FY23/24 marks a significant milestone of our sustainability journey, highlighted by achieving the highest 5-star rating from the 2024 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and earning recognition as a Global Sector Leader. This Report is the 4th Sustainability Report of the Group. The sustainability data and information focus on our key businesses, including the property management subsidiaries and Nina Hospitality. The reporting scope includes the headquarters office, 34 commercial, industrial and residential properties and seven hotels, where the Group has majority financial ownership and operational control.
