Race with Heifer to Help Others
Sources Fame Management Limited and Together Management Company Limited, members of Chinachem Group, have taken part in Heifer Hong Kong’s Race to Feed Charity Run since 2013. A total of ten colleagues from both companies participated in the ‘1km x 5 Team Relay’. They captured the top prize as they sprinted towards a better life for poor rural families on the Mainland.
Heifer Hong Kong has been empowering poor rural families to achieve self-reliance by providing livestock in the Mainland China. Since 2006, Heifer Hong Kong has sponsored the Race to Feed Charity Run. With the support from more 8,000 participants throughout the years, the campaign has raised a total of over $47 million in charitable donations, and has helped more than 10,000 poverty-stricken families in the Mainland China for a better living.
