Background

The Executive Committee of Chinachem Group announces that Group Executive Director and CEO Mr Sunny Yeung has left the Group. The Executive Committee would like to thank Mr Yeung for all his contributions during his three year tenure as CEO.

All businesses of the Group will continue as usual with the Executive Committee providing oversight to day-to-day management with the support of senior executives.
