Sustainable Focus Wins Regional Recognition

Background

Chinachem Group has won a prestigious award as one of the top 10 developers in Hong Kong and Asia.

 

The Group’s recent Nina Tower, One Hennessy and The Lily projects were cited in the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards, which recognise the top architectural firms and developers that had the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia.

 

A key factor in determining the awards is sustainability, with BCI research monitoring and registering any accredited green building certification associated with a project to ensure that firms with a greater portfolio of sustainable projects make the Top Ten.

 

The Nina Tower, One Hennessy and The Lily all reflect this dedication to the Group’s core values, namely contributing to the betterment of communities and environment in order to make Hong Kong a better place in which to live.
