Chinachem Group enters a multi-year partnership with SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) to consolidate efforts to drive financial and HR efficiency across Chinachem Group and hotels by selecting a comprehensive suite of SAP software and cloud solutions.

As a first step, SAP will also provide CCG with the full suite of SuccessFactors, including its Workforce software for Time and Attendance Management, and SAP Cloud Platform to drive rapid innovation and increase the strategic value of human resources across its corporate office and hotel properties.

Chinachem will be deploying the award-winning HR platform SuccessFactors to accelerate time for building and deploying apps and extensions that engage employees in new ways, allowing HR to be flexible and innovative without compromising the organization’s core HR process. Further, consistent and harmonized user experience through SuccessFactors solutions and platform extensions will empower Chinachem Group’s hotels to personalize their end-to-end HR landscape with a seamless, secure and outstanding user experience. Leveraged data also from SAP SuccessFactors solutions can assist in making insightful business decisions carrying a lasting impact.
