L’hotel élan, member of Chinachem Group is pleased to announce that the Hotel has attained two unbiased industry awards namely “TripAdvisor 2014 Travelers’ Choice® Award” and “Booking.com Best Guest Review Award 2013”. These latest honors truly reflect L’hotel élan’s uncompromising quality and level of service.
TripAdvisor 2014 Travelers’ Choice® Award
To add to the running list of awards and accolades, TripAdvisor, the world’s most popular and renowned travel site with more than 260 million unique monthly visitors, also named L’hotel élan as one of the Top 25 winners of the “2014 Travelers’ Choice awards” out of a total of over 550 Hong Kong Hotels. The winners were determined based on the reviews and opinions of millions of TripAdvisor travelers around the globe and have achieved a minimum average score of 4.5 over a maximum of 5 over the past year.
Booking.com 2013 Best Guest Review Award
Last but not least, we are also honored by Booking.com with the title of “Best Guest Review Award 2013”. The award is in recognition of hospitality excellence and is presented to the top 5% of establishments around the world where businesses must maintain an overall rating of 8 or higher (from a maximum of 10) with a basic minimum volume of reviews received within the last 12 months from travelers on Booking.com.
