IT Manager (Ref:)

Responsibilities:
 
  1. Manage the IT Operations team and align with ITIL Service Management practices, including incident, problem, change, CMDB, availability, continuity, security, etc.
  2. Maintain the overall healthiness and performance of the Group’s IT infrastructure, networks, security and end point devices
  3. Ensure that Tier 2 support for all infrastructure, applications, networks and endpoint devices are meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs
  4. Develop a customer centric culture within the IT Operations Team
  5. Ensure effective security of the Group’s IT architecture and compliance with the statutory and business requirements
  6. Review and recommend IT system and process improvements to drive operational and business efficiency
  7. Vendor management
  8. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades
Requirements:
 
  1. Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  2. Minimum 10 years relevant experience and 3 years in managing, developing and supporting SAP applications – FICO, SuccessFactors, MM is preferred
  3. Knowledge in any of the following solutions is an advantage, including Office365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Business Object and PowerBI
  4. Big Data platform (e.g. Hadoop), Campaign Management Platform for Digital Marketing and interfacing with other platforms
  5. Strong experience in setup, maintain and security configurations in cloud and on-premise infrastructure and corresponding database systems, including, AWS, MS Azure, Microsoft Windows, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.
  6. Experience with web, mobile App and third party development tools will be preferred
  7. Strong communication skills - Cantonese and English
  8. A technical, logical thought process and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Ability to prioritise and delegate
  10. “Can-do” attitude
  11. Customer centric
  12. Good analytical and problem solving skills
