Insurance Officer (Ref:)

Responsibilities:
  • Working with insurance brokers, insurance companies, property valuers, and loss adjusters 
  • Looking after the policy documents, endorsements, invoices and relevant information to ensure proper records 
  • Assisting the establishment of internal processes for insurance activities 
  • Ensuring the internal processes are strictly followed by user departments 
  • Preparing any insurance reports and analysis to stakeholders as and when required 
  • Other office administrative and ad hoc supporting duties for the Insurance Manager
Requirements:
  • University graduate with degree ideally in Insurance, risk management, governance or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can work independently 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
