Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) Operations Senior Manager (Ref:)

Chinachem Group is a leading private property developer in Hong Kong and is committed to community engagement positive social impact through CSR projects. Nina Park will be an open-air museum park which will house the biggest collection of wood fossils in Hong Kong. It is one of our CSR projects which is expected to be launched in 2020/2021. We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join us in overseeing the park operations and other CSR projects currently under preparation.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategic planning in the management of the park in the first instance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park
  • Involve in the procurement of the venue during the design and construction stages, and advise the project team on the operational planning and needs
  • Act as a curator and liaise with content specialists to refresh contents and displays
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and joint departmental event planning to ensure proper management and maintenance of the venue and to optimize utilization of the venue
  • Organise featured programmes and regular tours with internal resources and/or with external strategic partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, e.g. schools, NGOs, district stakeholders, local community etc.
  • Public Relations and communication with the public, the media (local and overseas) and tourist groups, including channel management; website and internet platform content management, etc.
  • Customer service e.g. enquiry, feedback, tour arrangements etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Arts and Cultural Management, CSR Management, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing arts and cultural facilities and activities, CSR projects, relevant NGO or community related services
  • A passion for arts and culture and a strong belief in community service
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Able to translate ideas into action with quality performance
  • Self-motivated, analytical, innovative, independent and attentive to details
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
