Job Duties
  • To source, obtain and negotiate product quotations as well as service contracts from vendors on price, ability to produce product or service and delivery date to achieve cost effectiveness with favourable terms and conditions;
  • Ensure performance of suppliers up to the group’s standards, giving consideration to the quality and timeliness of deliveries;
  • Ensure the procurement operations and related activities are in compliance with the Group’s policy
Requirements
  • Diploma holder in purchasing, logistics or any related disciplines;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in procurement field;
  • Hotel industry and pre-opening experience is preferred;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
